Accounts. You must provide accurate information when signing up and are responsible for activity on your account.
Credits & Payments. Pengi operates on a credit system. Credits are deducted when you download a completed design. All purchases are final; we do not offer refunds for purchased credits.
Acceptable Use. You agree not to use Pengi to create content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
Content Ownership. You own the marketing materials you create using Pengi, subject to your compliance with these terms.
Availability. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
Liability. Pengi is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Kerala, India.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pengi after changes means you accept the updated terms.
